In early 2006, intercultures and Change Facilitation started planning a joint event that took place on May 22 in Heinsheim (near Frankfurt-Stuttgart).
The Change Management Global Meeting offered new partnership opportunities for both networks. Stefan Meister presented a half-day introduction to intercultural communication, with a view to offering a qualification in intercultural competence.
Change Facilitation specializes in the supervision of complex change processes in international organizations.
»Change Facilitation was founded just over a year ago«, says Holger Nauheimer, CEO of the company. »We have a worldwide membership base of over 8000 individuals and companies for our monthly Change Management Toolbook Newsletter. At present, a pool of 21 associates learn and do business together from locations in 15 countries around the globe, creating value for personal, team and organizational development through a broad range of innovative interventions,« he says.
Change Facilitation’s headquarters are based in Slovakia. »It was an intuitive, emotional choice,« Holger admits. »The country’s central location in Europe, a multi-lingual, highly skilled and motivated workforce as well as the good business climate were all factors.«
Within the next three years, he sees himself being at the leading edge of his field, aiming to make his Change Facilitation network one of the leading providers of change management tools and processes on the market.
