Following on the success of our first intercultures experts’ dinner meeting this past April in Sofia plans are under way for further collegial exchanges. Forthcoming professional gatherings in Bonn (the SIETAR Deutschland Symposium from February 28- March 1, 2008) and Granada, Spain (the SIETAR Global Congress from October 22-25, 2008) provide two additional opportunities for us to gather as a group.
Much like that initially proposed for our inaugural meeting, each preliminary program comprises up to an entire day of interaction. This would include best practices, a half-day of expert input on intercultural learning tools, an overview of intercultures’ development perspectives, as well as a joint dinner.
