Listening to customers often inspires new training formats tailor-made around their requirements. One of our new designs is »International Complaint Management«, which was successfully implemented in a two-day session in September.
In cooperation with @-cultures expert Marcus Hildebrand (Ph.D.), we have also developed a revised module for »Managing and Working in Virtual Teams«, which will be complemented with a module of »Leading Across a Distance«.
