Supporting us in the advancement of new developments, project interns Aedreena Reeza Alwi and Arvid John added their considerable talents and skills to our Berlin team.
With her previous work experience as a member of the Malaysian Government negotiating team for various regional and international trade negotiations, Aedreena has provided valuable insights of the business practices and negotiation styles of the Southeast Asian (ASEAN) countries. Aedreena’s contribution clearly adds value to intercultures’ continuing process of increasing its resources from cultures around the world.
Studying International Business and Communication in Sydney, Australia, Arvid gladly joined the intercultural field on board The Scholar Ship. Having key experiences on board with the IDI and Personal Leadership in a community with over 40 cultural backgrounds he decided to combine his business interest with intercultural ideas.
He interned at the Summer Institute in Portland in 2008 and went to Cresonte, Colorado in 2009 to become a facilitator in Personal Leadership. Long-term partner of intercultures Ferhan Alesi connected him with Stefan Meister and the internship developed out of that connection.
While Aedreena assisted in the creation of the upcoming intercultures’ virtual library, which we will introduce for free use for our consultants in spring 2009, Arvid continues working on our WBTs (see »Blended Solutions«).
