What do the Hans Arp Museum at Rolandseck station and a meeting of intercultures consultants have in common? There are of course the high standards of professionalism on all sides – but mostly it is the joy of meeting again in stimulating surroundings.
Time for Professional Exchange and Motivation
Over the years, the meetings of our international consultants have become important platforms for professional exchange and personal motivation. This spring, twenty consultants and employees for intercultures met at the Arp Museum to review the past business year, celebrate successes and discuss adjustments to the company strategy.
Key topics were the good sales figures of the previous year (despite the crisis), our growing experience in the area of international project management, product development and, most of all, our company’s slight shift in orientation.
intercultures Growing Services
By now, intercultures has grown from being a provider of intercultural competence development to a company that develops solutions at many global interfaces for and with clients. These include services in the areas of international personnel development, change management, virtual team leadership and development of international global vision.
This broadening and deepening of our scope of services satisfies the demands of our customers and our highly qualified consultants who have been more than just intercultural trainers right from the start.
Work Better Globally
What is the essence of the work we create with our customers? We found the conclusive answer while designing our new slogan: We help people and organizations to work better globally.
You will find more information about the developments at intercultures, including changes to our range of services and personnel changes, in our next issue of News.
