In project planning does it seem that…

  • Future outlooks become increasingly volatile?
  • Matrix organizations make interface management far more challenging?
  • Leading virtually calls for specific management skills in which nobody in the organization is trained?

Hyper-complexity: A pioneering topic

As business spins toward ever-increasing complexity worldwide, three authors have just released a book that is bound to add fresh perspectives to these— and many other— questions. Stefan Meister (intercultures), Dr. Marcus Hildebrandt (learning.de; intercultures) and Line Jehle (perform-globally) have co-authored a new book on a topic that is already a buzzword in many organizations: Hyper-complexity.

New solutions for new environments

The book delivers its objective. With the additional input of 10 top managers currently working within international network organizations, Leading in Hyper-Complexity: A Practical Guide for Leaders, offers countless ideas and suggestions for practices to help experienced managers steer through the complexity that daily business throws their way. Since the book launch at Carolus book store in Frankfurt, Germany earlier this month, the book is available both from the publisher and also on Amazon (DE; UK; US).
